Part of AXA, Sunlife’s ‘Guaranteed Over 50s Plan’ is the nation’s most popular choice, with over 870k policyholders.

Embarking on a period of significant change, I delivered the creative strategy and creative concept to help them build a values-driven, high-performance culture to get their organisation and people ready to deliver their new strategy.

We defined and launched a new set of company values, followed by workshops, launched at annual conference with a guest speaker (real life adventurers), interactive breakouts and large format learning tools to bring the values to life across the recruitment and induction processes.
