Make it look simple

A new website as part of AXA’s digital transformation enabling white-labelling by partner companies

I planned and delivered the site architecture, CX mapping and full process and systems between customer, partner, AXA and installers. Designed, wireframed, providing up to layered PSDs, planned all interactions. I commissioned a tech company to deliver the build and worked with them to ensure it fitted the BRD and creative vision. I oversaw all HTML build and spec’d the CMS for multiple users and partners to be able to create their own branded site and manage all content.
